Yes! BillaBear is operated by a UK company and uses Hetzner, which is a German-based company, to operate its servers. No data is shared with US-based companies unless you choose to.
Yes! BillaBear has an import from Stripe Billing functionality where you can import your current subscriptions at the click of a button and then disable Stripe Billing.
Yes and no. It supports things such as incremental invoice numbers. However, the eBilling requirement is not supported but it will be before 2025. This feature is at the top of our todo list.
We deploy changes to the Cloud hosted version once a change is ready to be deployed. The self-hosted version has a feature release twice a year and bug-fix releases when needed.
